KIFF showcases international film shooting locations of Bengal

Bengal is beautiful and probably the only state with all kinds of geographical boundaries — from hills to mangrove delta, from forests to sea. Kolkata also retains the colonial charm still with several British era buildings and zamindar houses restored and kept like the bygone era. No wonder thus, this city and state can offer several locations for films to be shot.

In a bid to portray these locations, KIFF this year screened a special documentary made by well-known actor and director Parambrata Chatterjee. The video has been artistically developed with the theme of Gupi Gayen and Bagha Bayen taking a foreign visitor on a trip to the locations with the help of the Ghost King’s boon. Take a look!
