Harvard University defeats apartheid

Apartheid is finally rooted out of Harvard University. For the first time in its 380-year-old history, more than half of the student intake for 2017 will not be whites in this Ivy League college, quoted official sources. More than half of Harvard University's next student intake (50.8 per cent) will be from minority groups as compared to 47.3 per cent last year. According to statistics released by the varsity, 22.2 per cent constitute Asian-Americans followed by 14.6 per cent of African-Americans, 11.6 per cent Hispanic or Latino students and 2.5 per cent Native American or Pacific Islanders.
