Beauty of Kolkata’s Gulmohar Avenue during Lockdown

The flaming Gulmohar Avenue of Kolkata, popularly known as Red Road comes in all hues during summer. The trees in a mix of crimson, yellow and magenta truly were in their blooming best during Lockdown. Dr Madhushree Ray had to be out on the roads performing her duties as a doctor when most of us were locked in our rooms. She captured some of the best natural beauty of this avenue, lush and colourful with the fresh aroma of a Kolkata noon.
