Bengal might soon get a Jewelry Park integrated

After Eco Park and innumerable other nature parks cropping up here and there in Bengal, another innovative Park is soon to come up. Gems and Jewelry Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has proposed to set up an integrated jewelry park in the state. They have agreed to take up the 20,000 sqftAnkurhati Gems and Jewelry Park offered to them by the state government. 

The state government is also planning to set up an artisan centre near Bonhooghly to help rehabilitate artisans from other areas in and around Kolkata.
