How Santiniketan celebrated Spring this year!

Santiniketan is the abode of world poet Rabindranath Tagore. It is also about festivals celebrated in its own way, mingling with the love for nature. That is exactly what Tagore aspired for, education and development of human minds within the expanse of nature’s bounty. When Dol or Holi is celebrated across India with great fervor, Bengal’s Santiniketan celebrates the colours of Spring in its own way.

Here is a video that brings to you the Basanta Utsav extravaganza of Santiniketan complete with dance, songs, dance drama and the appeal of the rustic charm of Bengal. Watch Out!
