Veteran actor Soumitro Chatterjee who was suffering from pneumonia and was admitted to a hospital on the EM Bypass on 13th August has been released today. Thankfully the 84-year-old actor is doing well and has been asked by his doctors to take rest at home for a few days before joining work.
Still an active actor, who is seen in recent movies and even on stage, Soumitro Chatterjee is loved by the Bengali audience. So when he fell ill, everyone panicked. However, we are all happy that the actor is back home.
